  13. Need help!  I just installed Borland C++ 4.51.  When I try to access the 
  14. Resource Workshop, I receive an Error "Resource Workshop requires BWCC 
  15. 2.00 and above."  I'm running C++ from my CD Rom drive.  The files, 
  16. BWCC.HLP and BWCC.HLX are in my bin directory.  Do you know where I can 
  17. locate the BWCC 2.00 files needed to operate Resource Workshop and what 
  18. directory they should be in to access them?  Thank you for your
